Each of the above titles link to their corresponding HIS results page, where full interaction datasets can be downloaded as .csv, or top interactions as .xgmml files. The .xgmml files can be imported into cytoscape.

Additionally, for each of the main datasets we offer for download the corresponding numerical data as used in this study, the 3 reference datasets (coming from DAVID, STRING and Pathway Commons), gene annotations, and HIS predictions.
